How can I help at DAC?
Assisting teachers or therapists in the classrooms.
Engage in fund raising events and projects.
Lend support in PR, Copy writing, photography, media, marketing and public relations
Support in social awareness drives, the parents of children with Autism or the center’s management services
What are the benefits of being a DAC volunteer?
Experience and training in the field of Autism
Participation in events
Access to the library and resource center
A certificate of appreciation and/or reference letter
Utilizing your creativity and energy for serving a good cause
Is there any time restriction for DAC volunteers?
No. You can volunteer for any number of hours and days. But we do prefer that volunteers spend at least 2 hours at one time.
What skills should a DAC volunteer have?
The main skills of a DAC volunteer are compassion and kindness bundled with energy and dedication. For work involving children, volunteers with prior experience are preferred.
